Agreement & Order Confirmation
When you place an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation via email. Once you receive the order confirmation, a binding agreement is established. When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email with details on the expected delivery time and date.
Payment & Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and excluding shipping costs. You can choose to view the site in English with prices in Euros (EUR).
PrettyUgly accepts payment via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not charge transaction fees.
The payment is reserved on your account but will only be withdrawn when the item is shipped unless otherwise specified in your order.
If a price on the website is clearly incorrect, either due to technical or human error, and you could reasonably have noticed this, we are not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price. This refers to the Danish "act in good faith" principle in the Purchase Act.
PrettyUgly uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information to ensure a secure connection.
Discounts & Promotions
Following are examples of time limited and/or recurring campaigns: 3 for 2 Promotion: When purchasing 3 jewelry items, the cheapest one is free.
Buy 1 & Get 50% Off on the 2nd: You receive a 50% discount on the cheaper item.
Free Gift Promotion: Only one free gift per customer, as long as it is displayed in the cart.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Delivery Time: We ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed before 13:00 (1 PM) on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.
If a delay occurs, we will contact you by email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping on orders over 299 DKK, otherwise 35 DKK for orders under 299 DKK (after discounts).
Carriers: GLS, DAO, PostNord.
International Shipping
We ship to selected EU countries.
Free shipping on orders over 299 DKK, otherwise 49 DKK.
Delivery time depends on the destination.
In special cases of extended delivery time, we will notify you by email. Countries we ship to: Sweden, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days of full return rights on items purchased from our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and you are free to choose your preferred carrier.
You must notify us of your cancellation no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the return must reach us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Notice must be given by email to: Hello@prettyugly.fashion, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package from the pickup point and it is returned to us, you will be charged the actual return shipping cost imposed on us by the carrier — currently 35 DKK. If you wish to have the package sent again, you will also be charged a new shipping fee of 29 DKK.
Condition of Returned Items
The condition of the returned item will be assessed by PrettyUgly. If the item has been tried beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functionality — or if seals have been broken or removed — the item will be considered used and of reduced value. Likewise, any damage during transport due to inadequate packaging may also reduce the item’s value. This means that, in the case of withdrawal, you may receive only part of the original purchase amount or none at all.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Not all items are eligible for return. The following product categories are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items that are custom-made or have a personal touch.
- Gift cards, both physical and digital.
Refund of the Purchase Amount Upon Withdrawal
If you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount for the returned item(s), including any shipping costs originally paid.
Partial Cancellation of a Purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you are welcome to return one or more of them, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note: If you only cancel part of your order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days and are issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Returns on Discounted & Promotional Items
If you return an item purchased with a discount code and the total order value after the return is less than the value of the discount code, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the items you keep. Examples:
“3 for 2” Campaign Terms
When you purchase 3 pieces of jewelry as part of our “3 for 2” promotion, the lowest-priced item is FREE.
If you return 1 item, the total discount you received will be redistributed evenly across all 3 items.
If you return 2 out of the 3 items, you will be charged full price for the one you keep.
If your jewelry varies in price, the percentage of discount applied to the lowest-priced item will be smaller accordingly.
Free Gift Campaigns
When purchasing item(s) that come with a free gift, which may be offered as part of a promotion requiring a minimum purchase amount, the following applies in case of full or partial return:
You cannot exchange a free gift for another item or store credit. If you return your entire order, the free gift must also be returned. If you choose to keep the gift, the original price/value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. If the value of the free gift exceeds the total amount of your remaining purchase, we reserve the right to hold the refund until the gift is returned.
“Buy 1 & Get 50% Off the 2nd” Campaigns
For promotions offering “Buy 1 & get 50% off the 2nd item,” returning one of the two items will automatically void the discount. You will be charged full price for the item you keep — regardless of whether it was the item originally discounted.
The 50% discount only applies if both items are purchased and kept.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
We will refund the purchase amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another form of refund. Refunds are always issued free of charge.
However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided documentation that the item has been sent or delivered back to us.
Warranty & Complaints
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is provided on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect use of the product are not covered under the warranty.
If you're unsure about your warranty rights or are dissatisfied with a product, we encourage you to contact us — we're always happy to help. Satisfied customers are our number one priority.
Claims must be reported to PrettyUgly within a reasonable time after receiving the item or discovering the defect. One month is generally considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
PrettyUgly will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
